Accounting Associate

Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region since 1998.  We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our Accounts Receivable Accounting team. 

What you will do:

• Process payments and other Accounts Receivable activities (e.g., check-in driver bags, clarify paperwork)
• Assist drivers with invoice changes
• Answer customer calls for return requests
• Follow procedures to record data in our computer system
• Monday - Friday (7:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm)
  
• Hours over 40 hours/week are paid at 1.5x hourly rate
  

What we are looking for:

• Accounting experience (preferred)
• Spanish or Mandarin speaking (preferred)
• Reliable, pay attention to details, and able to follow multi-step instructions
• Computer capable (e.g., enter data into a field, navigate screens, use Excel etc.)

Pay rate dependent on fit for position and background check.
